TRADITIONAL MEDIA ILLUSTRATION

This course will teach some of the basics of creating illustrations using traditional media such as pencil, pen and ink, watercolor and acrylics. Composition and color use as they relate to professional illustration will be discussed and developed. Professional working processes from concept and research through sketching and refinement will be explored. This will be done through lectures, demonstrations and projects.
